I returned to scouting in September 2015 having been out of scouting for many years. I as a young man worked my way through all the scout sections Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and was what the Venture scouts. Most of my scouting experiences were completed in High Wycombe Bucks. As an adult I then transferred to 2nd Amersham on the Hill where I completed my training as a scout leader, I was an active member of the Longridge scout centre service crew and was an instructor in many of the outdoor pursuits we do in scouts.
I returned to scouting last year to take up the challenge of starting up the Berryfield Scout Troop , they say from small acorns trees grow and the scout team are really looking forward to providing the young people with great experiences and challenges. To move them on as confident, skilled young people ready to face the years to come.

I have been in the Scout Movement for his entire life, going through all the stages from Beavers up to Network and now as a Qualified Scout Leader. In that time I have experienced Scouting both across the UK and even abroad on the Island of Cyprus as a young Cub. Coming from a family of fellow Scout Leaders, I quickly volunteered to become a young leader working with my old Scout Troop. I quickly developed a love for teaching outdoor skills to young members, and began my training to be a full leader with the 3rd Sleaford Scout Troop in Lincolnshire. During this time, I also achieved his Duke of Edinburgh Awards including my Gold Award. Having moved to Aylesbury after completing my University Studies, I have kept himself busy in Buckinghamshire, completing my Leader Training while a leader with the 3rd Aylesbury Scout Troop and achieved the highest award in Scouting as Young Member, The Queen Scout Award. Having transferred to join Berryfields, I have worked with the Cubs and am eager to begin with the newly formed Scout Troop.
